- Strict Deadline(S): We guarantee strict deadlines for projects. If we do not meet our deadline within a 72 hour margin, we will offer a 5% total project discount.

- 5% Bid GAURANTEE: Our 5% guaranteed gives investors the comfort they need that when they start a project, they wont be surprised by insane up charges and unforeseen cost. Our budgets are very specific, and conducted by our renovation specialist to guarantee a 5% margin for unforeseen. That means your budget will never go higher than 5% of the amount we Bid or the cost is on us. Vandalism, theft and damaged goods are not covered under our 5% guarantee.
